Running With Scissors

'Give yourself to the work'. How do we create compelling work in an age of pop culture and lockstep? For us, it's the joy of leaving our ego at the door and embracing what we're making. We simultaneously study history, and toss preconceived notions to the wind. It's nurturing collaboratration and celebrating the process. Ironically, it's not about composing a pretentious artist statement. Rather, the viewer interprets the journey as they experience the work. That's what we strive to do while having fun.
